Six Sentence Sunday

Happy Sunday everybody! Thanks for the tag @rimeswithpurple—very exciting to see your sentences!

I have started spring break which means i'll have time to myself finally. I get to see hometown friends, get a haircut, finish the TV show I'm watching, and write! i've been writing so much this month already, very excited to start sharing more of it

Here's some more sentences from my upcoming COBB

“Shut up shop!” At Simon’s words, the window flies shut again. His face breaks into a grin and he aims his wand at his stack of dirty clothes. “Clean—” I cut him off by lowering his hand by the wrist. “Stop, you’re wasting your magic.” My magic. Simon lowers his wand. “Do you think we swapped anything else?” “Like what?” “I dunno.” Simon shrugs. “Maybe you’ve got my liver or something.” I scoff. “Well, you certainly didn’t gain my smarts.”

I don’t say anything on the drive back, and, thankfully, Martin doesn’t try to talk to me either. He seems content to hum along with the radio, drumming his fingers on the steering wheel. The countryside passes by out the window, and I press my forehead against the glass, my pitiful collection of flowers carefully clutched in my hands.

I have a wip in mind about another stakeout scenario (should I make it into a series) with ghoap obv but it’s a bit angstier with soap questioning if he really should stay in the military snd ghost’s like do whatever you want man but more emotional and a lot more metaphors and repetition of words and physical contact.

Sitting on the floor listening to classic rock and writing a fic where older!Jason and younger!Dick realize that Alfred hasn't called them down for dinner yet, so they go to the kitchen and realize that there isn't any food cooking, and Alfred is nowhere to be found. Worried, the two of them try to get a hold of Bruce but get an ominous, "We're sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel this is in error, please check the number dialed, and please try again." And that's when Dick realizes that all their photos and magnets on the fridge are missing 👀.

hi I am so so close to finishing both the w4r oneshot and the vlp chapter update. I can TASTE it. we're packing up a lot so we can move this week and I'm in a chem class which is why I'm held up this time but SOON. I CAN FEEL IT IN MY BONES

and also now that I've finally gotten a good idea for how I want window window to cohesively start and end I've reached the writing stage where everything in the outline starts falling into place really really fast. so that has derailed me the last couple days
